1. Can a younger sister pay Zakat directly to her older brother and older sister who are in the Asnaf category?
   
   A younger sister may pay Zakat directly to her older brother and older sister who are in the Asnaf category. This is because there is no Nafkah requirement from a younger sister to older brother and older sister.
   
2. Can a younger brother pay Zakat directly to his half sibling older sister (same father, different mother as his father has 2 wives) who is in the Asnaf category?
   
   A younger brother cannot ay Zakat directly to a half sibling older sister as he can be her Nafkah provider should the father lose his ability to pay Nafkah or pass away.
   
   However, Zakat payment as per the scenarios above should only be done if there are no others who qualify to provide Nafkah.
