Compilation of Lembaga Zakat Selangor’s Syariah Resolutions
Platform ini merupakan kompilasi jawapan persoalan syariah yang telah disediakan oleh Sekretariat Dalaman Syariah, Divisyen Syariah & Dakwah untuk menjawab persoalan yang dikemukakan oleh pelbagai pihak kepada Divisyen Syariah & Dakwah
Per approval by the Senior Management Meeting in February 2017, this secretariat is the core of Management Procedure for Question Solving, Syariah Resolution and Zakat Fatwa.
The answers and responses prepared by this Secretariat are guided by Syariah provisions and rulings including Selangor State Fatwa Committee and LZS Advisory Committee decisions as well as specific Dalil from Al Quran and As Sunnah on a particular zakat related concern.
Questions that are not answered via the 4 sources above will be extended to LZS Syariah Advisory Committee to obtain the Syariah rulings on LZS operations in accordance with the LZS Authority Manual.
